ZK series machine features:

1 Using PLC setting program, touch screen (text) man-machine interface operation, can be automatic and manual conversion adjustment, easy operation, safe and reliable.

2 feeding part of imported (domestic) servo drive motor, no inertia, feeding size is accurate.

3 Plaszing heater uses far infrared ceramic heater and solid state relay for temperature control. Note: There are two kinds of heating methods in our factory, <1> single side (top) heating. Maximum heating

 power: upper heater: 10 kw. After the equipment warms up normally and keeps the constant temperature, the power consumption can be reduced by more than 40%.

4 feeding guide rail: our factory uses high quality aluminum alloy, which has the advantages of high strength, high temperature resistance without deformation. It is equipped with a cooling water channel, so

 that it is not easy to damage the material in the process of feeding, and play a good product cooling, fast shaping effect.

5 The manual adjustment switch is available, and the test machine and mode test can be adjusted for any part without changing the adjustment host program, which saves the mode test time and plays a 

safety protection role in the debugging process.
