The ABS Car Interior Panel Production Line boasts the capability to manufacture ABS plastic sheets ranging in width from 1200 to 2400 millimeters, with a thickness spectrum spanning from 0.5 to 6 millimeters. Its components include the SJ-150-35 single-screw exhaust extruder, a robust Siemens motor, and a high-torque hardened gear reducer, in addition to a hydraulic screen changer, adjustable T-shaped mold, and a vertical three-roll calender. Furthermore, the line can be tailored to specific customer requirements, featuring optional equipment such as an online leather covering device, a versatile three-in-one water temperature machine, a durable stainless steel cooling bracket, a wide-width adjustable edge cutting knife, a rubber roller traction machine, and an automated length cutting machine.
