Pay special attention to keeping the environment clean, and do not let waste impurities mix into the material and block the filter plate, affecting the output value and quality of the product and the resistance of the adding machine head.
When the extruder is not used for a long time, anti-corrosion grease should be applied to the screw, cover, machine head and other surfaces. Small screws should be hung in the air or placed in a special wooden box with wooden blocks to prevent the screws from being deformed or bruised.
Calibrate the temperature control electronic instruments of the PP plastic sheet production line on time to check its adjustment accuracy and flexibility.
