The Three-roll Calender Is Assembled.

The diameter of the three-roll calender is 450mm*length 1500mm. The wall thickness of the roller is ≥25mm. The roller is made of brand steel and hardened to a hardness of RC60-65. The surface treatment of the roller is mirror-finished and finely polished. The roller structure adopts a multi-layer composite fast exchange medium system to ensure the uniform and constant temperature of the roller. The constant temperature medium of the roller is purified water or softened water exchanged through a rotary joint. It can be used to produce PVC ABS PP PE blister sheets.
